After centrifugation, it will be separated into serum (upper layer), serum separation gel (middle layer), and blood cells ( lower level). A thick layer of serum-separating gel in the middle of the test tube can completely isolate the serum and blood cells so that the blood cells cannot touch the serum, thus ensuring the purity of the serum.
